Can Do Yoga?
Yoga Classes are designed to meet the needs of
those seeking a greater quality of life through
the practice of Yoga both for the young and the
not so young.
Yoga
allows you to start at any stage in your life.
You don't have to be young, fit or supple. You
start where you feel comfortable as Yoga is non
competitive. You learn to listen to the needs
of your body, progressing at your own pace.
Yoga
is about your health and wellbeing, making time
to nurture the body, mind and emotions. The gentle
postures, breathing techniques and relaxation
will make you feel more energised, calm and relaxed.
Meditation
classes are held on the second Friday of each
month except during School Holidays. |
