SENIOR's
CLASSES ( over 50)
The
over 50’s who are new to yoga are gently
guided through the Introduction to Yoga classes
to learn to:
-
stretch,
- gain
flexibility,
- strength,
- breathe
correctly and
- relax.
Many
of these students join the general class after
attending a term of introduction to yoga and enjoy
the challenge physically and mentally, while others
prefer to stay in the introductory class. The
students benefit greatly from Judy Morgan’s
many years of teaching experience. |
